[Resolved] System malfunction in HalDoc
It is currently not possible to initiate a PhD procedure in HalDoc. The corresponding application form cannot be successfully submitted online. We are working on a solution. The issue is expected to be resolved following the system restart on the morning of May 20, 2026.
