Maintenance of Central Firewall Components
To maintain and improve the security of the Internet connection, central firewall components will be updated on Tuesday, July 21, 2026. The update and the necessary reboot will result in an outage of the Internet connection, as well as Wi-Fi and external telephone services. General internal university data traffic and VPN access will not be affected. The work will be completed between 6:00 a.m. and 7:00 a.m. The estimated downtime is approximately 40 minutes. We appreciate your understanding and ask that you plan accordingly.
